Ministries

Filhas da Casa (Daughters of the House)

Women’s ministry, led by Angel Fernandes.

Every Wednesday at 10:00, a YouTube live discipleship is shared in the Filhas da Casa WhatsApp group. The live stays online all week, so women can watch when it fits around their lives.

Each year there is a season when the live is broadcast from the table of one of the church’s women in her own town. We call these women “pontes” (bridges), because they are the bridge that brings women to church in their town.

Every second Monday of the month at 19:00, a women’s gathering in the main hall at the church address: a prophetic time before the Lord, of healing and fellowship.

Drip to Deep

Teens and young people.

Drip: online discipleship on Zoom every Friday at 19:00, a little teaching every week.

Deep as family: a social day out together every second Saturday of the month.

Deep in the Spirit: every fourth Friday of the month at 19:00 at church, a night of worship and seeking the Spirit of God. Young people split into ages 12 to 15 and 16 to 22 for ministry time, then come together for worship, then stay to eat and hang out before going home.

They have their own worship band made up of young people, and a summer camp every year.

After every Sunday service, After Lounge is a space for young people to hang out, play video games, pool and ping pong.

Teen and youth ministry runs in English and Portuguese at the same time.

The church provides free transport to all events aimed at young people.

Family Time

Small groups, coming soon.

Once a month, in the third week, in towns across Hampshire and surrounding counties.

Watch this space, these groups begin very soon in a town near you.

Pastoral care

We offer pastoral care to the members and families of the church, walking alongside each person through the different seasons of life. We also make pastoral visits to individuals and families in towns across the area.

Social care

We currently offer translation for people who struggle with English, and help with basic needs such as clothing and food.

Access and participation

Sunday services, regular discipleship groups, pastoral care and practical support are free.

Ticketed activities, including camps, days out and men’s activities such as football, are heavily subsidised by the church. Free tickets are available for anyone who cannot afford them.
